Product Testing
We verify every batch of every product through accredited, independent third-party laboratories. Since each product requires unique analytical methods and equipment, we collaborate with specialized laboratories and PhDs in analytical and organic chemistry to design our testing protocols.
Product Appearance Variations
Variations in color, texture, odor or even biochemical properties may occur due to polymorphy (differences in crystal structure).These variations do not compromise product quality.
Peptide Form
Our peptides are provided in lyophilized powder form to ensure maximum stability. In any other format, peptide integrity would rapidly degrade before reaching the customer.
Optimal storage: Below –20 °C.
Short-term storage: Refrigeration at 4 °C for up to 2 years.
Room temperature tolerance: 4–6 weeks with minimal degradation if protected from direct sunlight (suitable for international shipping).
Peptide Top Colors
Images on our site display white tops for illustration purposes only. In practice, vial tops may vary in color to help our staff distinguish products during processing.
Peptide Powder Appearance
Lyophilized peptides typically form a solid cake. However, during transit, the cake may break or appear uneven. This is an aesthetic issue only and does not impact quality, potency, or purity.
Some peptides and proteins may appear larger due to buffering requirements. This is normal.
Storage Instructions
Storage instructions are provided on each product listing and product label.
General storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from heat, moisture, and sunlight.
Best practice: Refrigeration or freezing is recommended for long-term stability.
Solution Flakes, Precipitation, and Separation
Solution-based products may occasionally:
Crystallize (form flakes)
Precipitate (fall out of suspension)
Separate (form layers)
Lose homogeneity
This typically occurs during cold transit or accidental freezing. To restore uniformity:
Warm the vial in 50–70 °C water for 5–10 minutes.
Shake vigorously to re-suspend.
If the product does not return to homogeneity, please contact us.
Extreme Temperature Exposure
All molecules degrade over time, but proper storage significantly slows this process.
Low temperature exposure: Generally safe; may cause precipitation in solutions but does not accelerate degradation.
High temperature exposure: Prolonged exposure may accelerate degradation.
Example: A product requiring room temperature storage exposed to 115 °F for a few days will not show measurable degradation once properly stored again.
Cold-storage products (–20 °C): Short-term exposure (<24h) to ambient temperatures does not significantly degrade the product unless oxygen, moisture, or sunlight are also present.
Accidental Exposure or Ingestion
These products are intended for laboratory research purposes only, and are not for human or animal consumption. The products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The products should not be used as a food, drug, cosmetic, or other household use.
In the event of accidental exposure or ingestion:
Contact your local toxicologist.
Seek immediate medical attention.
Always handle products using proper PPE.
Refer to the product’s SDS for safety guidelines.

Order Status
Payment Pending
We are awaiting or verifying your payment. If your order remains in this status, please submit a photo of your payment confirmation, particularly for Zelle or other peer-to-peer payment methods using this form.
Processing
Your payment has been confirmed, and your order is being prepared for shipment. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours, though processing times may vary.
Completed
Your order has been dispatched. You will receive an email with your tracking number shortly.
Cancelled
We could not verify your payment, resulting in order cancellation. If you have made a payment and see this status, please send a photo of your payment confirmation here, as our system may occasionally miss payments due to processing delays.

Order history is only available for registered users. Guest orders become visible once you create an account using the same email used at checkout.

Zero-Tolerance Policy
Imoerium Biotech enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for misuse or abuse of research materials. Any such activity will result in immediate blacklisting and permanent denial of services. Our support is limited to inquiries about shipping, payments, and related matters. We do not assist with research-related tasks, as we are solely a supplier of research chemical materials.
Blacklist
Imperium Biotech supplies products exclusively for laboratory research purposes. To ensure regulatory compliance, we actively screen all orders. Individuals or entities suspected of intending to misuse our products will be permanently placed on a no-sell blacklist with no exceptions. We implement robust measures to prevent fraudulent orders.
Shipping
Shipping Hours
Orders placed before 12:00 PM WIB typically ship the same day (about 90% of the time). Orders placed after 12:00 PM WIB will ship the following business day.
Our shipping hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM WIB. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track directly with the corresponding courier, or retrieve your tracking information on the Order Tracking page (https://imperiumbiotech.com/order-tracking/) using your order number and billing email. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to all parts of Indonesia. International shipping is planned for future expansion but is not yet available.
Label Printed, No Update
If your label has been printed and there has been no tracking update, it most likely means we’re still processing your order. Please check the tracking again in 2-3 days to see if any changes have been made. If there are still no updates after that time, contact us.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we have a very limited window to modify or cancel it due to our commitment to rapid shipping times. As a result, we cannot guarantee that cancellations or modifications will be possible; however, we will make our best attempts to accommodate if possible, with no guarantees. Please double-check your shipping address carefully, as entering an incorrect address constitutes user error and is not the responsibility of Imperium Biotech.
Late or Undelivered Orders
Delivery Delays:
Courier delays are common and beyond our control. Shipping costs are non-refundable for late deliveries as these are the carrier’s responsibility.
Package Marked as Delivered:
If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, check with neighboring suites, facilities, or building reception. Contact the courier’s local office for GPS delivery coordinates and recipient confirmation. If the courier confirms correct delivery, allow 1 week for the package to appear before contacting us at cs@imperiumbiotech.com.
Missing, Damaged, or Wrong Items
All orders are documented and photographed prior to shipment. Report any issues within 7 days of delivery.
Missing Items: Contact us immediately for verification and resolution.
Damaged Item on Arrival: Contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of both the package and damaged item (required).
Wrong Items: Contact us immediately for verification and resolution.
All verified issues will be remedied in the form of store credit only. No exceptions.
Stolen, Lost, or Incorrect Address
Stolen Packages: Imperium Biotech is not responsible for stolen packages. For full coverage, purchase shipping insurance.
Lost Packages (Stuck in Transit): Imperium Biotech is not responsible for packages lost by carriers. Contact the carrier directly to locate your package. For full coverage, purchase shipping insurance.
Incorrect Address: Imperium Biotech is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately. For full coverage, purchase shipping insurance.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping Insurance covers one complimentary reshipment for any incident with photo evidence provided. Resolution is at the discretion of Imperium Biotech customer service.
Payments
Credit/Debit Card
Due to frequently changing regulations in the research industry, we may not always accept credit or debit card payments. Availability of these payment methods may vary.
